well i am buying a dell gx280 cuz my other computer crashed and i was wandering so i could play guild wars hers the computer http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=GX280P430-2B&cat=SYS|||Looking at the system requirements for Guild Wars, the minimum specs for the gpu is a radeon 8500 with 32MB of video memory, so you're good there.
As far as the processor. The requirements for Guild Wars is a Pentium 3 800 MHz, since you're processor is P4 it should be ok.
And it has 1GB of RAM, which is well above the system requirements.
So you should be good, to play!
Although, I would recommend upgrading your video card (since it's AGP which is very outdated). As well as your CPU and Memory (at least 2GB).
The P4 processor is an excellent processor, but it runs VERY hot, which is not such a good thing, especially for gaming.
My suggestion is to build your own system. You'll get much more bang for your buck that way.
